The Mazda Launch Event brings together two very different interpretations of what a modern Mazda can be.
The all-new Mazda CX-5 develops one of the brand’s most popular family SUVs with more interior space, a flexible 583-litre luggage area, Google built-in and Mazda’s latest driver-assistance technology.
The Mazda6e represents a new chapter for the brand. It combines a five-door fastback body, rear-wheel-drive electric performance, long-distance range and rapid charging with Mazda’s Kodo design and human-centred cabin philosophy.

All-new family SUV
Mazda CX-5
The all-new Mazda CX-5 is designed around modern family life, with a larger and more versatile cabin, a confident evolution of Kodo design and intuitive connected technology.
Its 2.5-litre e-Skyactiv-G petrol engine uses mild-hybrid technology and is paired with an automatic transmission. Two-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive versions are available.
All-new electric fastback
Mazda6e
The all-electric Mazda6e combines elegant fastback proportions, rear-wheel-drive performance and a calm, technology-rich cabin with the practicality of a large rear hatch.
It was named 2026 World Car Design of the Year and offers up to 348 miles of official WLTP range, supported by rapid charging at up to 195kW.

How quickly can the Mazda6e charge?
Using a compatible DC rapid charger, the Mazda6e can charge at up to 195kW and complete a 10 to 80 per cent charge in approximately 24 minutes under suitable conditions.
What engine does the all-new Mazda CX-5 use?
The UK model uses a 2.5-litre e-Skyactiv-G petrol engine with mild-hybrid technology and an automatic transmission, with two-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive versions available.
What warranty comes with a new Mazda?
New Mazda vehicles first registered from 1 September 2025 include a six-year or 100,000-mile new-vehicle warranty, whichever comes first, subject to Mazda's terms and conditions. The Mazda6e high-voltage battery has separate eight-year or 100,000-mile cover.

With Personal Contract Purchase, at the end of the agreement there are three options: pay the optional final payment and own the vehicle; return the vehicle, subject to excess mileage and fair wear and tear charges; or part exchange the vehicle, subject to settlement and valuation.
